Application: for automatic shut / seam welding (for high mast, mono pole, communication pole, etc.)

High Mast Pole Shut Welding Machine, it is suitable for one shell or two shells type polygonal and circle taper pole. it is automatic welding line, the gantry type structure is fixed and with welding system, fully pole length trolley with Servo motor for speed adjustable moving. The hydraulic cylinder can push the clamping wheel to close the pole and do shut welding at same time.

For two-seam style pole, when first seam welding finished, the bottom roller will rise the pole and then rotate to another seam position to start second seam welding.

The machine includes the following parts:

1. Long working table for trolley and pole moving.

2. Main gantry unit

3. Driving system for pole trolley moving

4. Hydraulic clamping (including the clamping wheels for pole)

5. Submerged Arc Welding system, including welding wire feeding system.

6. The flux recovering system

7. Inner copper bar with water cooling system
